Vegan fried rice

  • 1/2 Broccoli
  • some edamame beans
  • 2 pieces of garlic
  • soy sauce
  • Basmati rice
  • smoked tofu
  1. Cook the rice
  2. Fry the broccoli, edamame, garlic, smoked tofu and soy sauce together
  3. Add the rice into the pot when it has finished cooking
  4. Wait for it to fry a bit
  5. Enjoy!
